Can one set an MP3 as a ringtone on-device without using iTunes or Garage Band? Can I transfer files wirelessly directly from a Windows PC to an iPhone/iPad without using iTunes? Thought not. Plus, the Files app still less robust and more immature compared to Android. Still no custom equaliser in the music player. And iOS still the buggiest OS compared to Android.
